Come Back to Me: Chp 6“Lawrence, there is something I have been meaning to tell you. It’s important.” Adelynn began, glancing into the deep, gorgeous green eyes that never seemed dirty or covered in the dust of the day that she had come to enjoy and recognize. They had walked back from the outskirts of town to go once again to their dancing spot, the old stone echoing their every footstep.

Come Back to Me: Chp 5It was once again nightfall on the marketplace. Lawrence and Adelynn were playfully chasing each other down the streets, laughing as families’ closed shops and homes. He caught up to her, pulling her close and laughing loudly, grinning at the girl he held with a slack arm.
“Lawrence, where will you go?” Adelynn questioned, not bothering to risk resting her head on his shoulder. He let his arm drop back to his side, giving her a clear look that said he didn’t want to discuss this on the last night that they could enjoy being with each other. Come Back to Me: Chp 4Like watching flowers grow and finally bloom, their friendship became stronger. Adelynn always did the morning shopping, hoping to see Lawrence at the square and smile longingly at him. He always returned it with a wave and his own smile, the folds on his face creasing to tell her an unspoken “Hello” and ‘It’s nice to see you.”
It was Sunday afternoon; Adelynn dressed in her best clothing for the occasion, even wearing the gorgeous necklace she had bought. She walked behind her mother and father as they left the church to go to their horse carriage. Climbing in first, and then followed by her parent Come Back to Me: Chp 4

Come Back to Me: Chp 3Waiting until nightfall, Adelynn sat on her bed, devising the best way to get out of her home without being caught. She felt slightly rebellious, and was beginning to get anxious over what she was about to do. Was this the right thing to do? Her heart told her yes, but her mind told her no. It was too risky going out at night, but then again, she would get to see him again. Gave into his eyes full of depth, dreaming of basking in the sea green color they changed to in from emerald in the sunlight.

So, I think I figured out what my goal is for my life.

I want to write and publish a book. Like, actually see it in libraries and such. I know it might sound nerdy, but it something I would really want.
